Hake of Celeiro: Hake of Celeiro, captured by the Galician fleet in waters of Gran Sol, is the first fresh fish that is marketed under the brand Galicia Calidade. This certification requires compliance with a series of requirements for handling and treatment of fish on board, conservation, presentation and freshness conditions. The tag identifies the hake of greater than 1.2 kilograms hake caught in the waters of the Great Sun during the last seven days of the tide and preserved clean, eviscerated and refrigerated.
