Typical food of each region

Spain is a country of great diversity, where in each of its regions are produced typical products. Products characteristic of that origin and that enclose all the tradition and the know-how of its processors and that we show in this section. Food and drinks of the sea and the land, with artisan elaborations that maintain the tradition and transmit through its flavor all the essence of the territory and that in some cases, they do not always display quality marks that allow their identification, thus being regional classification much broader than that stated in the classification of quality marks by region.
