Cereals are grasses, herbaceous plants whose grains or seeds have always been at the base of food, from the time that man went from being a gatherer to a farmer. Cereals are essential for human nutrition because they provide us with the carbohydrates needed to get energy and maintain human health. From the cereal, bread-making flour is obtained – a fundamental ingredient of bread , semolina-for the production of pasta, malt-for brewing, grains for cooking or for inflation, as well as other derivatives.
